Lynn, Massachusetts is a city of many young people and immigrants with 17 elementary schools. Many of these schools need community services similar to what The REAL Program offers to Brickett School students. These services include school readiness programs for preschoolers and after-school literacy enrichment. ESL is offered to parents and caretakers, many of whom are Hispanic.

The support given to children and families by The REAL Program is incredibly important today.

Immigrant families face enormous stress because of arrests and deportations carried out by ICE. Many citizen children need support as well. Promise the Children is an advocacy program objecting to all family separations and threats of deportation. We also support after-school programming. Together, we hope REAL and Promise the Children can offer more support to Lynn children and their families.

Thank you for your continued support of our very youngest citizens!

Too many parents are working for low wages that prevent them from paying for safe childcare, early education and adequate health care. They need support!
